Bernard Morrow is the principal of Morrow Mediation, a Toronto-based alternative dispute resolution (ADR) firm specializing in mediation, arbitration and ADR consulting solutions. With 30 years of experience, Bernard is known for delivering efficient, fair, balanced and responsive dispute resolution services. In addition to his ADR practice, Bernard's extensive background includes serving as a Vice-Chair with the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal (WSIAT), Co-Director and Adjunct Professor for the Osgoode Mediation Clinic (OMC) and Complaints Resolution Commissioner for the Law Society of Ontario (LSO).
He is a trusted expert in the dispute resolution field. Bernard holds numerous credentials, including the Chartered Mediator (C. Med) designation from the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC). He is an accredited member of the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (CADN) and an active member of the Ontario Bar Association's ADR Section and the ADR Institute of Ontario (ADRIO). In 2023, he received the OBA's Award of Excellence in ADR. With a passion for conflict resolution and a commitment to excellence, Bernard ensures that clients' needs are heard and addressed at every step of the process.
Bernard is a devoted husband and proud father of two sons. He loves outdoor photography and alternative music. He is a passionate mountain biker and windsurfer (and, more recently, has taken up wing foiling). He is dedicated to the practice of yoga.
