Mediation Boot Camp - June 4, 2012

Don't miss the Mediation Boot Camp, scheduled for the morning of June 4, 2012, at the OBA Conference Centre in downtown Toronto!

I am co-chairing this CLE program with Michael White of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. 

The program will provide you with what you need to know to be an effective advocate at mediation.  It will be of great interest to lawyers in their first 5 years of practice and those looking for a refresher on the mediation process.

We have a superb line-up of speakers who will take you through every phase of the mediation process from pre-session preparation, to writing your brief, to awesome openings and, finally, the negotiation phase at the heart of every mediation.  You'll learn how to make the most of a failed mediation and we'll discuss ethical issues that counsel should watch for when conducting a mediation.  There will be lots of opportunity for questions and interactive discussion.
