Nominations for 2013 ADR Award of Excellence

The OBA is now accepting nominations for the Award of Excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution.  The ADR Award of Excellence recognizes exceptional contributions and/or achievements in Alternative Dispute Resolution.  Last year's recipient was Philip Epstein of Epstein Cole LLP.

A nomination for the award requires the signature of one OBA member in good standing. Any individual, who is an OBA member in good standing, and not a current ADR Section Executive Member or the immediate Past Chair of the Section, is eligible for the award.  The nomination deadline is Monday, April 1, 2013 at 4:00 pm

The award recipient will be selected by the Executive of the OBA's ADR Section. The winner will be announced sometime in the Spring and the award will be presented at a formal dinner to be a.

In the past the award has been presented at a dinner in the Spring of the current year.  However, last year the award was presented at a Fall dinner.  Due to the great success of that event it is believed that this year's award recipient will also be honoured at a Fall dinner.
